Tumbling Classes are offered to athletes who want to concentrate on specific tumbling skill progress. Our classes are typically one hour long and meet weekly. We offer classes for beginner, advanced, and elite levels. The class program is an excellent way to build on current skills in addition to team practices, or for athletes that just simply want to stay active and/or prepare for upcoming cheer tryouts at youth, all-star, school, or college cheer. Our experienced, trained, and certified coaches will help your athlete learn and master all skills with proper technique and in a safe environment!
Tumbling Classes are $90 per month

Flexibility classes are offered for anyone who is interested in increasing or improving their flexibility! Our classes will focus on beginner (every day stretches) to advance (deep stretching). We will include beneficial fundamentals and work outs along with teaching tips and tricks that will help your athlete become the best they can be in the fields of stunting, tumbling, and/or jumping!

Our Mommy & Me class is designed for children 1 year (or walking) to 3 years old accompanied by a caretaker. In our one hour class, caretakers along with our fabulous instructors will engage children in movement, songs, socialization, and more! Children will develop new strengths including balance, coordination, jumping, and following basic instructions. Come join us for lots of learning in a fun and safe environment!
Our Preschool class is designed for children between the ages of 3-5 to learn the basics of tumbling in a safe and fun environment. This separation class will teach your child different strengths including balance, coordination, socialization, and so much more!
Our Open Gym Classes are fully structured and regulated by our highly trained and experienced coaches. Our athletes will be split by ability once in attendance. This, pay as you go, class is perfect for athletes that have a strict schedule or want to add extra days to their training!
Our fall Open Gym schedule is Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 10am - 11am & 12pm - 1pm
$25 per class / $15 per class for PAC Team Athletes
